Love quiz clothes and shoes

The dress was well made lovely material bought the size I usually wear but was a bit on small size.

Wrong items sent and still waiting on a response from customer services

Beautiful bag a little smaller than expected. Arrived in order with no postage or collection issues

I returned my goods nearly two weeks ago still no reply from my email I sent with proof of return!!!! I’m really getting concerned now that I’m just being ignored!!! Not impressed at all.

I received items within time limit unfortunately one item did not fit and had to send back.It has been two and a half weeks since that return and despite 2 emails to enquiring about my refund I haven't heard from them. Disappointed ? with customer service and still waiting. They still got my money.

Always love my quiz items. Sadly my strappy heels came and the sole was unstuck where your toes bend - didn’t become a problem on the night out (wedding) thankfully but for what I paid for them I was pretty disheartened. Worst part is the shoe looks sewn into the sole but it just wasn’t. Regardless, I love quiz and it was all straight forward and easy x

Easy to order, one dress fitted lovely one was too big. Easy to return items. Good quality dress.

When I put my order in , it said it would be next day delivery. In fact the order took 7 days to arrive.
